When most people hear about PH levels, they automatically assume that eating foods that have high levels of acid will cause acid reflux.

However, proponents of the alkalizing diet believe that by eating a balanced diet with more alkalizing foods (low pH) and less acidic foods (high pH), you can actually increase the pH levels of your body (make your body more alkaline), making your body an ideal place for cancer to thrive.

It is easy to find out how acidic your pH level is, but it is harder to get rid of acid reflux. You have to work harder to bring the level down.
